Your booking with AquAmazing Philippines

AquAmazing Philippines is registered with the Dutch chamber of commerce in the Netherlands. Payments to us can be made in euros and deposited in our Dutch bankaccount, details which will be provided once you confirm a booking with us. Contrary to many other travel agencies that require full payments long before arrival you may pay us just before the start of your holiday and only in some cases do we require a downpayment. So bookings made through AquAmazing Philippines are at low or no risk at all. We advise all our guests to arrange in advance for a travel insurance with world wide coverage. For our diving guests we require that you maintain a travel insurance that covers diving incidents and a written statement from a qualified physician that you are physically fit for diving.

Changes in your itinerary, especially during the rainy season it does happen that some tours or flights may be cancelled due to weather conditions. We will always do our utmost best to offer you a good alternative if necessary. The Philippines is still a developing tourist destination. This being part of the attraction it also means that sometimes you better be prepared. The quality standard of hotels is definitely not a constant factor and prices may vary from day to day. This is one of the reasons that we choose not to mention names of hotels in our tours so we are always able to make the best deal for you at the exact moment that you choose to book your holiday with us.

Cultural differences: The Philippines are still unfamiliar with mass tourism, in fact it's by all means still a developing country. So although almost anybody speaks very good english sometimes fascilities are not to western standards. In some cases this may require some flexibility on your side. The Philippines is a tropical country and that means for example that even in top class hotels you may find the occasional bug in your room. Sometimes the Philippine people do not understand the level of luxury that we expect but with a little bit of understanding and patience from both sides there are very few problems that can not be solved. In fact  you may well be surprised by the "Pinoy" inventiveness to deal with anything that live may trow at them.

You decide the level of luxury during the trip, all our tours and roundtrips mentioned on our website are on an individual bases. For most of our customers the cultural experience is more important then the level of luxury during the trip so all the trips on our website are priced in what we call the "Happy Tourist" class. In many cases we can offer these same trip in a cheaper "Pinoy" or more luxury "Relax" class. You may indicate these once you contact us for a booking. The level of luxury during your holiday translates for example in the following issues: Type of accomodation and transportation, Meals all inclusive or not, Daytrips and entrance fees included or optional and the level of guidance during the tours. The table below with AquAmazing Comfort Indicators (ACI's) may be helpfull for your booking with us:

In most cases you solve problems by self with help of the local people. Your guide/driver will assist you in handling problems Our tourleader will take care of everything while you relax and sit back.

Of course you may always consult our office staff and in case of emergencies you may reach us 24hours per day. seven days a week.
